Maitta in wuayunaki means to relax to be tranquil , at Aité we represent it with a seagull honoring those beautiful and relaxing birds that populate the beaches of the Palomino region. Maitta is a cosy cabin, steps from the water, with the best possible view of the ocean. It also has an open-air private shower that allows you to have an incredible bath experience surrounded by nature and powered with a solar heather . Its hexagonal design makes it unique, magical and romantic.
Maitta is a cabin for double occupancy, the traditional architecture with a palm roof allows you to enjoy a cool oceanfront sunset on the cabana casita’s private terrace.

Katto’ui in Wayuunaiki means backpack, that precious handcraft that the Wayuu indigenous people carry with such grace and pride. This beautiful room occupies the entire ground floor and is part of our two-story cabins. There are two independent cabins in each unit, one on top of the other. each casita has its own terrace that allows you to enjoy the colors of the Caribbean Sea and the ethereal dance of the palm trees. The traditional architecture in palm thatchery gives you comfort and coziness. This cabin is designed with plenty of space to accommodate a couple, 3 friends or a family of up to four people. Ama means horse in Wayuunaiki, and its name honors this animal that has accompanied man for many years.
